這是一款模擬男生尿尿的小遊戲，對男生來說，就是熟練一個第一人稱的射擊遊戲。而對於女生呢，則是可以體會一下如何用謎樣物體來尿尿。



進入遊戲會玩家就會掏出謎樣的物體準備噴射，喔，別擔心，遊戲中已經有馬賽克處理了。這時候玩家會看到馬桶上有很多汙穢的東西，利用你的那根東西去射擊它們，全部射完之後就會過關。在畫面右方有玩家的剩餘尿量與關卡限時，每一關必須在時限內完成，不然就算失敗。如果尿量不足可以利用空白鍵來喝啤酒（補充換子彈）。因為是尿尿的關係，按住滑鼠左鍵就會變成水柱模式，如果按著Shift鍵再按住滑鼠左鍵就會變成散射模式。 by 無料遊戲王
