米爾與諾爾是一款輕鬆有趣的益智過關遊戲，玩家要操作兩個不同顏色的小人，將他們各自移動到對應的終點裡面來過關。但這兩個小傢伙的移動方向卻是完全相反，玩家必須利用這個特性在關卡中規劃出適合的路徑來移動。每個關卡中會有一些寶石，這些寶石會增加分數，但並非一定要拿的物品。除了一般的通道之外，有些通道只能踩踏一次就會消失，也有必須拿到鑰匙才能打開的門喔。
